At GoMints, we’ve partnered with reliable and reputed logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you fresh, safe, and sound. We use premium-grade packaging materials, sourced from trusted vendors, and each product undergoes strict quality checks before it is shipped out.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Once your order is confirmed, our system processes it automatically. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure it’s in perfect condition before it gets packed. After passing final quality checks, we hand over your order to our logistics partners for delivery.
If the delivery partner is unable to reach you on the first attempt, they will contact you and make further attempts to deliver at your convenience.

Your entire order (including any promotional gifts) will be shipped to the shipping address you provide at checkout.

While we aim to ship all products in one go, partial shipments may occur depending on availability.
Packaging Details
Each mint pack is sealed and bubble-wrapped with care. Fragile items (if any in future) are double-wrapped and boxed securely to prevent damage. We ensure that our packaging maintains the product’s quality during transit.
In case of any transit-related damage, GoMints will take full responsibility and assist with a resolution.
Serviceable Locations
GoMints currently ships across most pin codes in India. Serviceability may vary based on third-party logistics availability and government guidelines. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your PIN code at checkout or on any product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:

You’ll receive a tracking number and courier details via email/SMS.

If you’re a registered user, you can also track the status under “My Orders” after logging into your account.
Tracking goes live once the package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Timelines
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement.

Please note: Unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.) may occasionally delay deliveries. While we do everything possible to avoid delays, GoMints is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will contact you and make up to 3 attempts to deliver the package. Please ensure your phone is reachable. If all attempts fail, your package will be returned to us.
You may contact our customer support to reschedule the delivery if needed.
