We understand that sometimes plans change and so do preferences. At GoMints, we’re committed to making your experience smooth, transparent, and customer-first. Below is our detailed policy covering cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. To do so, please contact our support team at support@gomints.in or call us at +91 98929 00725 (available from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM).
Once confirmed, your cancellation will be processed and your refund will be issued within 2-5 business days.
Post-Dispatch
Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery or raise a return request after receipt.
Fraudulent or Invalid Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion if we detect fraudulent activity or violations of our terms of use, with or without prior notice.
Returns & Replacements
Eligibility Window
You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. We accept partial returns too, so if only one item isn’t right, we’ve still got you covered.
Return Conditions
We can only accept returns if:

Products are unused and in their original packaging.

All seals, labels, barcodes, and freebies are intact.

A valid invoice and product image(s) are provided.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@gomints.in within 5 days of delivery.

Include your Order ID, invoice, and clear images showing the batch number and the issue.

Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup within 4–7 business days.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Cases We Cannot Accept Returns

Opened or used products.

Missing original packaging, invoice, or free gifts.

Requests initiated after 5 days of delivery.

Products that have been tampered with.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, tampered with, or is not what you ordered:

Email us within 5 days of delivery.

Attach photos or a video showing the damage or incorrect item, including outer/inner packaging and batch number.

If eligible, we’ll arrange a free pickup and offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
For Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after verification.

It may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For COD Orders

A bank transfer will be initiated once we receive your product and your bank details.

Refunds will be processed within 2–5 days post verification.
Kapiva Coupons / Store Credit (Optional)

We also offer refunds in the form of store credit or discount coupons which can be used for future purchases.
Note on Loyalty Points / Vouchers
If your order was placed using loyalty points or discount vouchers, these will not be reinstated after cancellation or return, as they are meant for one-time use only.
